Perkins Law Group represents clients in business, litigation and regulatory matters, including contracts, mergers, acquisitions, reinsurance agreements, licensing filings, governance, compliance, administrative proceedings, and first and third party claims defense. We serve as legal counsel to the Texas Medical Association Insurance Trust, the Texas Windstorm Insurance Association, the Texas FAIR Plan Association, Hochheim Prairie Insurance, and Homeowners of America Insurance Company. We also serve as general counsel to Texas Lawyers’ Insurance Exchange and its board of directors. Our clients include insurance agents and agencies, third party administrators, sellers of preneed funeral contracts, premium finance companies, professional employer organizations, trade associations and other business entities that purchase or sell insurance and other financial products and services.
